1/25 Kickstart Your Life

21-Day Vegan Kickstart

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) is offering a free 21 Day Vegan Kickstart program. It is designed to help you incorporate vegan foods into your lifestyle in an easy and sustainable way. When you sign up you will receive tips and recipes every day for 21 days, beginning on the first of the month. It is like a virtual advent calendar to your good health.

There is a health tracker, nutrition webcasts and a community forum where you can get get the answers to your questions or just check out what others are asking. There is also a 21 day meal plan, complete with grocery lists and gluten free options. It is free and comprehensive. Want to live like a star…..there are also tips and tricks from over 25 famous vegans. Start where you are and try something new for yourself and your family. You may just lower your cholesterol, heal your heart and reach and maintain a healthy weight while eating delicious foods.

The program begins the first of each month, so you can share this with your friends and family any month, all year.  That sounds like a great flexible plan to me, and who wouldn’t want to receive a new recipe or tip on healthful living every day sent right to your inbox?

Have a delicious weekend.

    Hi Sherry,
Since meeting you at the Royal Oak Trader Joe, I have found it easier and easier to eat vegan. However, I am now ready to branch out with new recipes. Your information about the Kick Start program came at a good time. I have registered for February, my birthday month. Seemed like a good way to begin a new personal year.
    Thank you,
    Nan Griffith

I’ve looked into that program before. I love the idea of it – but I hate meal-planning. Might join just for the inbox goodness. Thanks for the tip!

    Nan,
I am so happy to hear that you have found it easier and easier to eat vegan. I too have found it both easy and exciting to try new foods and new ways to prepare them. I cant think of a better way to celebrate yourself than with the gift of good health and compassionate living. I also registered for February, which is my birthday month as well. Happy birth, health and delicious days to us!

    Raine,
I think it is a great idea to register for the inbox joy. It is free, and who knows…a recipe may pop into your inbox that sounds amazing for dinner. Bonus.
